Fusing Belt Hashima and Oshima
We manufacture and supply PTFE coated fusing belts compatible with leading brands like Hashima and Oshima, used in high-speed garment fusing applications.
These belts are made from Teflon-coated fiberglass fabric, available in seamless or jointed construction, and built to withstand continuous heat up to 260°C. They come with anti-static black coating, accurate tracking, and strong edgesto ensure consistent pressure and bonding throughout the fusing cycle.
Each belt is made to match OEM machine dimensions for a perfect fit, ensuring vibration-free operation, clean release, and longer life under demanding conditions.
